Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session with Panvir Virk is safe.

• You will remain conscious, and in complete control throughout the session.
• You will be regressed back to several events in order to uncover where, when, why and how you developed your presenting issue/problem.
• The insights will help you to gain a deeper understanding of the root, the cause, and the reason for your issue/problem.
• You will then be led to release these issues/problems easily, safely and painlessly.
• The session will end with a transformation recording tailor made just for you. This recording is to be taken home and you must listen to it for at least 21 days.

I hereby release Panvir Virk from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning my mental and/or physical wellbeing during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by filling out this form.

I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, Panvir Virk cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors such as, my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself and fulfilling my obligation to listen to the Transformational audio recording that will be provided.

I understand that Panvir Virk is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

I give Panvir Virk full permission to regress me using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) knowing that by participating fully in the process, I play an important role in my overall success.

The therapist has the right to refuse to work with anyone as per his/her judgement or/and demand the client to leave the premises. In particular if the client’s behaviour is seen as inappropriate in any way, which makes the therapist feel unsafe, threatened, uncomfortable or disrespected.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is not suitable for persons with:

• A history of Epileptic fits.
• A history of Psychosis or on Psychotic medications.
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol before and during the course of your session.

I understand that the session cannot take place while I am walking, driving, sleep deprived and I will ensure the environment around me is safe and will remain distraction-free for the duration of the session.

Cancellation Policy

• The balance of the fee for the session is refundable, if cancelled up to 48 hours.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
• These terms are created to ensure we value each other’s precious time.
